Services: Provides eye care for senior 65+ who have not seen an ophthalmologist for 3 years and who are U.S. citizens or have a green card. Referral will be made to an ophthalmologist for treatment of eye diseases (not eyeglasses). Ophthalmologists will accept Medicare or other health insurance plans. Treatment for those with no insurance.
